Circulation Aide – Job Description – 2024
Application requirements: PWPL Application and resume are required, a cover letter is optional. The application preference deadline is November 12, 2024.
Starting pay: $13.55/hr with annual step increases.
Benefits include: PTO leave and paid holidays.
Hours of work: Average weekly hours 20 – 24/week. Evening and Weekend hours are required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting patrons with checking in and out library materials
- Answering inquiries and explaining library policies
- Shelving books and other library materials
- Performing routine tasks to ensure a clean and efficient work environment.
Previous customer service experience is required, and previous library experience is preferred.

Maintenance Assistant – Job Description 2024
Application requirements: PWPL Application and resume are required, a cover letter is optional. The application preference deadline is November 17, 2024.
Starting pay: $13.60/hr with annual step increases.
Benefits include: PTO leave and paid holidays.
Hours of work: Average weekly hours 20/week. Evening and Weekend hours are required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleans library facility
- Setup of library rooms for library programming and for outside groups using the facility
- Performing routine tasks to ensure a clean and efficient work environment.
