Integrated Technology and Equipment Rental

Most of the Meeting Rooms at PWPL have Integrated Technology available. This technology varies from room-to-room. More details on technology offered can be found using the online reservation system or by speaking with the Library’s Administrative Assistant.

*It is recommended that patrons who need to use the Library’s Integrated Technology test the functionality of the room’s system with their personal equipment. Planning ahead ensures that your meeting/event will run smoothly.

We are happy to meet with you prior to your event to show you how to use the equipment or help you troubleshoot the setup. Scheduling this meeting will ensure you have staff who are comfortable with the equipment on-site. The library may not have a technology expert on-site during all operating hours to help troubleshoot!
