RFQ for Strategic Planning Phase 2: Goal Development (2026–2028)

Posted on

Peter White Public Library is excited to launch Phase 2 of its strategic planning initiative, focusing on shaping ambitious yet achievable goals for 2026–2028. Building on the success of the current strategic cycle, this phase will reinforce PWPL’s dedication to its Mission and Vision while honing in on three key priorities: Service, Sustainability, and Expertise.

Work Highlights:

PWPL is seeking experienced consultants to collaborate with its leadership and Board of Trustees to craft actionable goals. Key tasks include:

  • Analyzing Current Resources: Review the 2023–2025 Strategic Plan, plus survey data from 2021 and 2024.
  • Evaluating Progress: Assess successes and gaps from the current plan.
  • Facilitating Collaboration: Lead sessions with library leaders to refine strategies under each priority.
  • Shaping the Future: Design effective survey tools to capture ongoing feedback from patrons and staff.

This initiative is pivotal in ensuring PWPL’s continued growth and impact as a cornerstone of the community. Interested consultants can find more details on how to submit their proposals on our website.
