Circulation Aide – Job Description
Requirements: PWPL Application and resume are required; a cover letter is optional.
The application preference deadline is May 27, 2025.
Starting pay: $14.16/hr with annual step increases.
Benefits include: PTO leave and paid holidays.
Hours of work: Average weekly hours 20 – 24/week. Evening and Weekend hours are required.
Key responsibilities include:
· Assisting patrons with checking in and out library materials
· Answering inquiries and explaining library policies
· Shelving books and other library materials
· Performing routine tasks to ensure a clean and efficient work environment.
Previous customer service experience is required, and previous library experience is preferred.
