These rooms are divided into three categories: Small Capacity Conference Rooms, Medium Capacity Meeting Rooms, and Large Capacity Meeting Rooms.
To ensure that all community members have access to meeting rooms and that library expenses in maintaining these rooms are offset, booking limits and fees are enforced. Room booking limits are enforced by room category and not specific to one room.
No other library space may be reserved by outside organizations including: The lobby, art galleries, parking lot, the Youth Service Great Room, and grounds.
Use the following buttons to learn more about our rooms, read the full Meeting Room Policy, or make a room reservation! Peter White Public Library offers six reservable rooms for community use.

Many library meeting rooms have built in technology for public use. The built in technology works best with HDMI wired connections (especially when using Apple devices). We highly recommend that users planning to use the built-in technology test their equipment with Library technology BEFORE their event. A cable kit is available for checkout (pending availability) at the Circulation Desk.
The library is not able to offer onsite technical assistance during your event/meeting. Please plan ahead and test equipment prior to your event.
Our onsite technology provided in our rooms may not meet your needs. If you have a complicated AV setup for your event, we recommend contracting with a local company who specializes in this work.
Permission to use a library meeting room does not mean the library endorses the policies or
viewpoints that may be expressed, or advertised, by a person, group, or entity.
