Youth Services Programming Assistant – Full Job Description Here!

Application requirements: PWPL Application and resume are required, a cover letter is preferred. The application preference deadline is April 11, 2025.

Starting pay: $15.26/hr with annual step increases.
Benefits include: PTO leave and paid holidays.
Hours of work: Average weekly hours 20 – 24/week. Evening and Weekend hours are required.

Key responsibilities include:
Assisting youth and their caregivers in their use of the Youth Services Department.
Creating and implementing library programs for youth.
Assists with library material and literacy related projects.
Performing routine tasks to ensure a clean and efficient work environment.

Bachelor’s degree or significant related experience is required. Candidates must have a strong desire to work directly with youth and their caregivers. Previous customer service experience is required, and previous library experience is preferred.
