Summer Reading Wrap-Up: Final Book Fair, Fun Run & Prize Entries!

Our Color Our World Summer Reading Program is coming to a close. Don’t miss the final events and prize deadlines happening this week!

🎨 Youth Readers

If you’re participating in the Youth Color Our World program, be sure to:

• Turn in your reading logs by Saturday, August 2 to be eligible for the Reader Hall of Fame.

• Visit Book Fair #3 in the Community Room between Friday, August 1 and Saturday, August 2 to select your final free book of the summer. Book Fair hours will be posted in the Youth Services area.

👟 Family Fun Run – Saturday, August 2 | 9:30 to 10:30 AM

Join us for the grand finale: a 1.0-mile Bubble Fun Run for the whole family!

• Meet at the South Beach Parking Lot at 9:30 AM.

• We’ll run along the bike path with bubbles and fun along the way.
  
  In partnership with Queen City Running Company, this casual event is open to youth of all ages and their grown-ups.

📚 Teen Readers

Turn in your reading logs at the Teen Zone Desk by Thursday, August 14 for your chance to win gift cards from local businesses.

📖 Adult Readers

Don’t forget to drop off up to 10 completed reading bookmarks at the Reference Desk by Saturday, August 2 to be entered to win big with great library-themed prizes.
