Free to Read Week Scavenger Hunt: Clue #5
October 9, 2026
October 5-9, in celebration of Free to Read Week, receive daily clues that will lead you to a banned book. Each day’s first clue will be posted on the PWPL website and in the library.
To participate, fill out scavenger hunt sheet. Located in the PWPL Circulation Lobby.
Collect all five banned book titles and receive your prize beginning on Friday, October 9 and be entered to win one of the Grand Prizes— a gift certificate to a local bookstore! Scavenger Hunt will be left up until Friday, October 16. Clues will lead to books on the main and 2nd floor only.
Clue #5: “EYE” bet you can’t guess how many times this book has been on the Banned Books list.
