Poet Alex Gubbins reads from his recently published collection, Decoding the Hill of Dead Kings, from Wayne State University’s Made in Michigan Series. Gubbins’ poems celebrate and elegize a life lived in two homelands—Michigan and Armenia—transforming sadness and longing into hope and wonder.
