Tax Forms Available at PWPL

PWPL is now offering BOTH State and Federal tax forms.
Patrons can pick up State and Federal individual income tax forms (with instruction booklets) upstairs at the Reference Desk. In addition, PWPL has State home heating credit forms, located in the Reference Department.
Forms are also available online: www.irs.gov
