Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
Peter White Public Library records are subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) in the same manner as other governmental entities.

MGT-4 and MGT-4.1 provide you with all the information needed to make a FOIA request. The Library makes available a FOIA-Request Form to make sure all necessary information is provided. However, use of this form is not required.

Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Peter White Public Library is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
